Coaching for Brain Health

The third brain is the heart. Each of these areas have a profound effect on each other and on our whole health, so in coaching for brain health, we will address the nervous system, the digestive system, and your feelings and emotions. Everything affects everything else, directly or indirectly. Brain health coaching might be for you if you feel you have a “foggy brain”, or if you live with anxiety, ADHD, Autism, or if you can’t retain written information that is longer than a text. Brain health coaching might be for you if you have digestive issues, food sensitivities, fatigue, chronic stress, or a sense of cognitive decline. If you are living with chronic stress, unwanted weight (gain or loss), or insomnia, brain health coaching might help.

If you are looking for change in how you approach your health, whether it's a different way of considering the concerns or a new way of interpreting results, health coaching can act like a kaleidoscope: the smallest shifts in beliefs or behaviours can completely change the perspectives and outcomes. I do this through deep listening, providing guidance, resources and reflections. Sometimes, with your consent, I gently challenge and educate. Woven throughout our work is an exploration of mindset; how your experiences and beliefs can support your healing. This takes time, trials of strategies, compassion and commitment. It is not a linear process for anyone. Together we work toward your goals, and create sustainable new patterns that are suited to you and your life. As a health coach, I meet you where you are and I follow your lead. You make the decisions about goals, accountability, timing, pace, and you define success.
